The catalogue
Pick the problem, start from a product
Every product starts from a working pattern, then is configured around your process. They connect to each other, so the second one builds on the first.
How it works
From product to your system
A product is a head start, not a template you have to squeeze into.
- 01
Pick a starting point
Choose the product closest to your problem, or describe the problem and we suggest one.
- Agreed scope
- 02
Fit it to your workflow
We map your rules, roles, and tools, and configure the product around them.
- Workflow map
- Configured product
- 03
Launch with a pilot group
A small group uses it on real work first, and we adjust before everyone switches over.
- Live system
- Training
- 04
Extend from there
Products connect to each other, so the next one builds on the data the first one created.

Questions
About the products
Don't see yours here? Book a call and ask us directly.
How is a product different from a custom project?
A product starts from a pattern we have built before, so less has to be designed from scratch. It is still configured around your process and tools.
Can we combine several products?
Yes. They are designed to connect: for example, an Approval Flow feeding a Shared Order Record that an Operations Dashboard reports on.
What if none of them fits?
Then we build what you need as a custom project. The discovery call is the same either way.
Do we need the tools listed under 'Works with'?
No. Those are common examples. We connect to the systems you already use wherever they allow it.
What is slowing your business down?
Let's make your business easier to operate
